How to apply?

1. Download the appropriate Application Form & Deposit slip.
2. Fill out the Application Form & Deposit slip. Do not leave any field blank.
3. Submit fee at bank (The said fee is non refundable and non transferable).
4. Send us Application Form , Deposit slip and a attested copy of CNIC before the last date.

Note: Kindly forward us the original deposit slip (UTS copy) along with a Application Forms at our postal address:
